Cofounder / Chief Revenue Officer (Equity-Only, 15–25%) – Profibook Inc. (Delaware C-Corp)

Think AI-native Angi × Jobber × Instagram for local services providers and their customers.

The product is already live, incorporated in Delaware. Our main (and only at this stage) market is the United States.

Who we are looking for
​
You will own everything revenue-related:

Customer acquisition (inbound + outbound)

Sales process & closing
-
Marketing & branding in the U.S.

Fundraising (angels/pre-seed → seed → Series A)

Building and leading the go-to-market team once we raise

This is a true cofounder role - not an employee. You’ll become a co-founder with 15–25% equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff), title of CRO/CSO/CMO (your choice), and a permanent seat on the board.

Compensation
Equity-only at the start + you’re expected to co-invest a meaningful amount from the start. Once we raise the seed, we’ll put market salaries in place for everyone.

Ideal background (the more boxes you tick, the better)
​

38-55 years old, based anywhere in the continental U.S. (NYC or SF a bonus but not required)

You’ve either:

Owned or run a service business yourself (HVAC shop, plumbing company, cleaning franchise, landscaping firm, etc.) and grew it past $2M–$20M revenue, OR

Been a top performer selling to these exact owners at ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Angi Pro, Thumbtack Pro, etc., OR

Founded or been the first sales/marketing hire at a vertical SaaS or marketplace company and took it to $1M–$10M+ ARR

Proven ability to raise money from U.S. angels and seed funds (bonus if you already have warm intros to firms that write $250k–$2M checks in vertical SaaS / SMB tools)

Deep network inside the trades - you know contractors who know contractors

You close deals on the phone and in person, people trust you fast

Serial founder or operator who has done this 2–3 times before strongly preferred

Massive underserved market: >6 million service businesses in the U.S., most still using Excel, paper, and three different apps that don’t talk to each other

Huge whitespace between the overpriced enterprise tools (ServiceTitan) and the underpowered consumer apps as well lead paying for platforms like Angi and Thumbtack.

Founder is technical/product and has built most of the platform so far — we just need the American revenue engine

This is the classic “technical founder needs the hustling American co-founder who speaks the customer’s language” story — and those stories have created billions in value (think Stripe, Airbnb, etc.).
